Our team has worked with AI tooling since before it became a mainstream conversation. That means we've seen which approaches hold up under real operating conditions and which don't survive contact with actual workflows.

We focus exclusively on three service domains. That narrow focus means deeper capability rather than broad but shallow coverage. When you bring us in on a legal operations project, you're working with people who have handled that type of engagement more than a dozen times before.

We work with the current generation of AI tools — large language models for document processing, computer vision for facilities monitoring, and active learning frameworks for data labelling. We evaluate tools on suitability for the specific task, not familiarity or vendor relationships.

We're also upfront about limitations. Not every problem benefits from the newest AI method. Sometimes a simpler automation is the right call. We say so when that's the case.

We communicate clearly and respond quickly. Each engagement has a named point of contact who is reachable by phone and email throughout the project. You won't be passed between account managers or left waiting for a ticketing system response.

We also recognise that the people most affected by AI adoption are often not the senior leaders who commissioned the project. We take care to engage frontline staff with respect and patience during training.

Our pricing reflects fixed scopes. You receive a clear proposal before any commitment is made — covering what's included, what isn't, and what would require a separate agreement. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.

When we assess an engagement, we also consider whether the return on investment is realistic. If we don't think the economics work for your situation, we'll say so rather than proceed anyway.

We set out measurable objectives at the start of each engagement and revisit them at close. We're not in the habit of claiming credit for outcomes we can't demonstrate. Where results are measurable — processing time reductions, accuracy improvements, cost savings — we document them.
